A home water leak damaged floors in three rooms. Servpro responded quickly and professionally by packing and removing items from those rooms, removed the damaged flooring and ceiling in our basement, then drying subflooring. They determined extent of needed replacement floor and installed it. They were considerate of our needs and adapted their plans to ensure we at least had minimal home utility services by staggering their work. They were prepared to do a full restoration, but we elected to perform a kitchen remodel since that room was already gutted.
