The assistance Senior Helpers have been able to provide us in my parents home has given us a peace of mind and needed support. The level of professionalism they displayed, starting with the first phone call, gave me a sense of confidence that they cared, were engaged and wanted to make a difference. The staff assigned have been compassionate and very knowledgeable. We are very grateful to have senior helpers as a resource.

Professional and courteous. In June, I'd contacted a different agency for the upcoming need for around the clock coverage for a loved one during the month of October. I was notified by that agency 5 days prior to that coverage need they could not provide the coverage. I called Senior Helpers and coverage was provided. The aids were courteous; taking excellent care of my loved one. Senior Helpers is the best. I will definitely call on them for any future coverage needs.

Very surprised at their documentation and their ability to react to changing circumstances. Very professional and people friendly. Computer literate, I get bills online and it makes it easier to keep history for taxes and quick payment. The careworkers we have now are great.
