Came out quick, found the problem, came back with part the following Tuesday and took care of it for a reasonable price. Tech was very professional and took the time to explain, and offer advice on other concerns he noticed, and he explained how getting on thier service calendar saves you on cost if you need to call them unexpected.
As a Scott's customer for 22 years, they have always been professional, responsiveness, and courteous. Hyatt and his team always go above and beyond to make their customers happy. Having to replace our unit, the new unit was installed within days after making a decision on which one to go with. The installation technicians did an excellent job cleaning up and made sure to leave the area spotless. I appreciate them taking their time to explain the in and outs of new system. Scott's Heating and Cooling has proven to be dependable for 22 years and counting.
The tech, Jessie, called and asked could he be early. Awesome. He spent time to diagnose my primary problem and also to do secondary checks as my system is older. He found the problem which thankfully was somewhat minor. He also told me about a couple of issues which may crop up in the future. Fixed the problem and made sure it worked. Would HIGHLY recommend Scott's. Being somewhat new to the area this is my first time using Scott's. I wouldn't dream of calling anyone else!!!!
