I HIGHLY recommend Ideal Shoe Shop! They did an amazing job stretching and adding a zipper to my boots! Amazing customer service! And a wonderful staff. This is the only place I’ll be going to from now on to work on my boots!
My shoes were not ready as promised. Then I waited an extra day & called before coming and there was still more work to be done to them so I had to wait some more time...The Owner wasn't around to make sure everything was done. He had an older Gentleman there that didn't know if my shoes were ready or not. Next time I'll wait a week before coming back. However Sloan did try and finished the job.
