I would like to take this opportunity while my feelings are still intact somewhat to say thank you to everyone at the facility for taking such great care of my grandmother, “Mamme”. She has been my rock and has pointed me in the direction to God my whole entire life. She has ALWAYS loved me as a grandmother should , unconditionally! Her time on this earth is almost gone , but my memory of her will live on forever. Thank you for the respect and kindness all of you shared with me and my family. Thank you.
I noticed the other review mentioned it was for a different business, this review is for Hospice and Palliative Care of the Piedmont. I've given this a lot of thought and debated on if I should write a review as hospice really isn't something I'd expect people to look for on Yelp but decided I would due to the great staff. My father was here for multiple weeks and the level of care was excellent. As soon as the call button was pressed someone came to see what was needed. It was often a volunteer and if he needed something that needed to be done by the medical staff the volunteer would get them within minutes.
I love this company, the people that work here were very sweet to my grandmother and me. The registered nurse Robinson was very friendly and very open. She waited late at night until almost 11pm to make sure everything was OK with my family. Losing a loved one is very difficult, but when you have support it makes it better. ?
