I had one sick elderly baby! The staff from the front to the back were super friendly and kind. The doctor was on it. She knew exactly what she suspected was wrong. He is doing much better. Thank you for taking such good care of us both!

I started with Emerald City having my sweet boy Bo seen by Dr Watkins for a swollen mass in a mammary area only to find out it was an over-sized golf ball size tumor which she later removed with a penny-sized one beside it. Since then I've brought the rest of my pack, become Emerald City family. Any questions I've had, they've had no problem explaining it on my "layman's terms" level. One of my 2 "littles", Rome was found to have Erlichia(exposed from a tick bite)and after a CBC, he was okay. Hands down the best vet around!! :) Dr Watkins and her team are so kind and loving to every animal that comes in the door. She’s always been so gentle with my animals and taken the extra time to ensure all my questions are answered. The front desk has been very friendly and prompt to any assistance I’ve needed. I’m So thankful for them.
