Came home to a break on the main waterline. Call was immediately answered and after some information was taken was assured someone would be on the way. Ray Garren showed up quickly and was able to identify and come up with a temporary solution to the problem to where I am not rushed on getting a more permanent fix done. He was patient and understanding and willing to listen to a customer coming down from high anxiety attack. Would be willing to work and recommend Ray and the company anytime.

Joey an his helper came an did some plumbing at my home this week an as always he did a great job. I can't say enough about him an is helper. I know I when he comes I don't worry about if it is done right. I trust him so much I would leave him with my home an do what ever I had to do. GREAT GUY

After we used One Hour Heating & Air-conditioning from Greenwood this past spring 2023 and were so happy with their service, we learned from the technicians that Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Greenwood was also affiliated with them. We made contact with Grace (She’s the Best) the 1st week of October asking for a visit from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of our home and get estimates on work that was needed. Ken and Ray arrived on time and were extremely friendly & knowledgeable answering all of our questions.
