I had a broken tooth and the root needed to be extracted and a post put in in preparation for an implant. I was really nervous. The team at Dr Carners (including Dr Carner) were so kind and reassuring. The walked me through what to expect, what it all entailed, the time it was expected to take, and answered all the questions and concerns I had. They followed up with email and a personal phone call to make sure I was ok with proceeding. Then, after the procedure I got another call to check on me. I felt very valued, heard, and cared for. Cannot ask for anything more. I could ask for less cost... but I have a feeling they would have a case of selected hearing at that point....read full review

My pre- op appt. was helpful both in preparing me for the procedure and understanding my options. The staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous.
