I made my son an appointment for an xray. Dr.Haddad called me personally, to let me know they didn’t offer xray service but that he would give me a referral to a local place where he sends all his patients. He wanted to let me know, so that I wouldn’t arrive and be caught off guard that they didn’t do xray. Not only did he call the place he wanted to refer me to, to make sure that they accepted my insurance, when he found out they didn’t accept it, he went out of his way to call me back and refer me to two other places that could see me same day.
