Incredible experience at Venetian! I came in as a walk-in new customer, and the owner treated me as if I’d been going there for years. The owner and staff were very professional and polite. And my nails look AMAZING! Highly recommend this salon!!!
Elizabeth was very patient, she changed the nail polish when I didn’t like the original color I chose. She also fixed my nails when I touched it before it was done drying. Again all the staff was very accommodating and helpful!
I went for a gel manicure today and it was good. I rarely get my nails done so I was leaving and noticed a bubble in my nail. The owner (I think) saw me messing with it as I was leaving and insisted on fixing it. Not only did he fix the bubble I could feel he made sure every nail was perfect. He buffed them again and put a new clear coat on top. It was very kind of him to make sure they were absolutely perfect before I left. His attention to detail and his customer service are amazing! Thank you!
