I have found that the process of building a home is grueling (mostly due to anticipation), but ValueBuild Homes has been a wonderful company to work with. From the first informative phone call, up until now (we are 70% built), these guys have been awesome at keeping us in the loop, working around our needs, and doing everything thing possible to meet our expectations for our dream home, especially the new home designer Tom. We haven’t started our build yet but have finally closed on our construction loan so the fun is soon to start!Shout out to our home designer, Tom, who listened to what we wanted in a home and made it happen. I was very skeptical of the floor plan he suggested but was happy to see what he came up with! 10/10! Tom responded quickly and was able to meet us outside normal business hours. This was key for us.
