Dr Garey is amazing! After being told by an orthopedic dr there was “nothing” causing my neck and shoulder pain, I made an appointment at Upstate Spine and Sport. Within minutes, Dr Garey was able to pinpoint the problem and work up a solution.She does not believe in bandaid fixes, which I greatly appreciate. Using multiple modalities, she has helped me to become a partner in my own healing. Highly recommend!!!!

I had been suffering from chronic headaches and neck pain that had seemed to get dramatically worse over the period of about a week. After reading some reviews of US&S, I decided that I couldn’t go wrong no matter who I was seen by. I ended up booking with Dr. Garey due to schedule alignment and it was a fantastic choice. After just the first visit, I left feeling 80% better. What I really liked was that her treatment plan wasn’t just a chiro adjustment and move on, it was more of a therapy session where she worked with me on different exercises and stretches I could do when I am having this type of pain.
