Dr. Megan was so kind to squeeze us in to her schedule when one of our children needed specialized chiropractic care. She was knowledgeable, informative, thorough, and professional. Her treatment greatly helped our child who was dealing with discomfort after a fall. Highly recommend!

I have been coming to USC and Dr Megan since 2020. Dr Megan and her team have adjusted me and supported me throughout my pregnancies and have cared for all three of my children as newborns. From the moment you walk in you will feel known and supported by all of the staff, and even other patients. Dr Megan has created an incredible environment. If you are looking for a great chiropractor that accepts insurance and especially one that works with is great with pregnancies and newborns then Upstate Specitic Chiropractic is your place!
This was an exceptional practice that I traveled to for prenatal care. Every time I waddled into the office with my Pelvic Girdle Pain (PGP)/Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction (SPD), I walked out being able to squat to the floor without pain until the next week. If you’ve ever been pregnant, you know this is no small task. I am incredibly grateful for Upstate Specific’s care. Each member of the team is inviting, personable, and knowledgeable. If I only lived closer, all of my family would be receiving care there. I hope to return to this practice for any future pregnancies!
