Dr. Boone and the staff are some of the nicest people you ever want to meet. They are also very knowledgeable and professional. The office is spacious, neat, and clean. The themed atmosphere is relaxing yet interesting. Dr. Boone is very personable and sincerely cares about you and your eye health. With patient's permission, he will pray for you and your vision. In my lifetime, I have gone to three optometrists and he is by far, the best.

Great experience with Dr. Boone and the team!I've never used glasses before; Dr. Boone and the team did a great job of explaining things to me, and setting me up with affordable quality glasses. I went back for contact lenses (a separate exam/charge), and they were very helpful and patient with my learning to use them. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The office is clean and inviting.Pricing is straightforward and explained up front, and they work with most insurance/discount providers.

I've been a patient here for years and won't go anywhere else. Dr Boone is wonderfully reassuring and gentle if you have any anxiety over eye exams. The staff are all very kind. The office is inviting, clean, and has a great selection of available frames. I never felt rushed, dismissed, or uncomfortable -- and I'm very twitchy about anything getting near my eyes. Over the years I've transitioned from glasses to contacts back to glasses and now back to contacts, always recommended according to my current lifestyle/budget needs. I really can't recommend Upstate enough, they are simply the best.
