I have autism and was curious about what hood cleaning is. The company owner was rude and got tired of answering my questions. Not true to his word. He said he would get me video and photos of hood cleaning. Had to constantly ask if he would get those videos and photos and he shut me off.

Would rate it a zero if I could. Come back to work Bobby. Your wife is ruining you business! I’ve been doing business with Bobby for 25 plus years. I’ve tried to contact them for the last 8 months to schedule services. No one would return my calls. I’m in the restaurant business and have 4 units. I get that in this industry we’re all hurting for staff. But please don’t ignore your best long term customers like you’re the only one in this predicament. The wife claims they had been to our units several times and we were closed. Two of my locations I did close on Mon and Tuesday evenings myself due to staffing levels to give my employees two days off…no exceptions....read full review

Excellent service, prompt and very reasonable. Was able to work around our very busy schedule.
