I went for my consult on Tuesday and had surgery on Friday. Everyone is beyond friendly and caring. EVERYTHING is explained in detail ahead of time so you are comfortable and calm for surgery. Dr. Carr, Dr Pham are both AMAZING doctors!! Dr Carr did the surgery and as he was doing it he was explaining everything as well as joking around to keep your mind off of things. Great bedside manner! I was perfectly comfortable the entire time. I hate eye drops with a passion, that is no longer a thing for me. I'm putting drops in myself now with no hesitation. The techs and office staff are equally wonderful. Lots of laughs and everyone just felt like you knew them forever. There was ZERO PAIN OR DISCOMFORT during the surgery. If you are worried about pain and it's holding you back, please go. I promise you, I'm a big baby and if I can do it you can. Logan will be your biggest fan, she has a great personality! I can't remember the surgery techs name or the other office staff. But EVERYONE was super helpful. If you are afraid don't be, no reason. I walked out seeing as if I were wearing my glasses and I wasn't. My vision is even better today. IF YOU WANT THIS NOW IS THE TIME. It is super affordable and they have in house financing as well and is extremely reasonable. Thank you to everyone at LVI for changing my life. 40 years of wearing glasses. I could not be happier.
