Joseph was fabulous. He converted contacts and folders that I had in roundcube webmail into my outlook account. He also corrected other issues that I had. Will definitely use again!
Great experience! They had all the hardware and expertise I needed to get my computer graphics upgraded and working perfect. I don't build computers often at all and Joseph was happy to explain everything I had questions about. You will be VERY hard-pressed to find excellent IT service and personnel like Tech Confidant has.
I called with a locked phone, with not much hope of recovering the photos of my daughter's first year of kindergarten. But Joseph, the owner, talked me through the process of retrieving at least some of the pictures by a method I didn't know was possible. He helped me by phone on a Saturday while taking care of his own family. I highly recommend Tech Confidant.
