Hands down the best realtor that I know. We had land to sell, a home to buy, and a home to sell and Stephanie got it done, even with a bit of an ultimatum (really more of a challenge). She walked through every single step of the way with us, answering my annoying calls, texts, concerns, doubts, and explaining every unknown. If you don’t have a realtor or even if you do I highly recommend reaching out to Stephanie. She’s a bulldog who truly fights for her clients and their best interests from lock boxes and yard sign to closing table. Not only has she been a great realtor, she has also become a great friend to us.
Stephanie was kind but also direct. I appreciated her knowledge when making decisions and patience with our numerous questions. She took care of things before we knew they needed to be done and advocated for us as her clients.
