My experience is much more positive than other reviews here. Scheduling was easy, on the phone, as the App did not schedule far enough ahead. Technician was right on time. I only wanted a wash and wax, nothing on the interior. The notes were repeated back to me by the technician and he got to work. His work was excellent, without any flaws. Sure I could save money by doing it myself, but there are a lot of reasons to pay for the convenience. While I am not pleased with the steep price increase since my last Spiffy, 6 months ago, it is still the best price for a service that comes to my apartment building. Overall, they did a pretty good job. They missed a couple of areas that made it just shy of perfect - the seat tracks, the area above the tail lights behinng the trunk lid, and a section in the engine bay behind the driver's side headlight.
Otherwise, the glass is crystal clear, the tires are glossy black, and the leather seats and floor mats are shiny and slippery. All of the upholstery seems to be shampooed and vacuumed well, too.
