I have found my home away from home! This studio has instilled a love of hot yoga for me. The staff are always welcoming, the instructors take the time to challenge you and support you. I highly recommend this studio! I never feel judged for where I am in my practice or even, just how I am feeling that day. Instructors meet you where you are. Membership pricing is also at incredible rates.
My crew has found a great way for us to reset our bodies and minds each week while also doing something together!

Given that is the day before Thanksgiving, it is fitting to express my thanks for having found this studio. I really lack the words to express my gratitude. Every class I have attended has been the best investment of my time. Thanks to SO, I am doing somersaults with my grandson, and have the strength and stamina to be the fun grandma I imagined I would some day be. Best instructors, best studio, best people!!!
Southern Om is the only studio I practice at. I absolutely love Jean’s Deep Southern flow at the Woodruff Rd. location. The staff here are always welcoming and helpful with positive attitudes! Thank you Southern Om for being a warm welcoming community!! ?
