I have worked with Tia and Emily in the front office twice now. My issues have been with my AC unit. Every time a technician comes out they have been informative, helpful and honest. Waldrop gave me a $5K estimate and Romanoff inspected my unit twice(two different technicians) and fixed it for a much cheaper cost and without replacing the entire unit. I’m so impressed, I didn’t fell like they were trying to take advantage of me and I truly feel like they treated me like family.
We had a problem with our heat in our new build and the tech, Chris, came out within a few hours. He was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough, making sure the problem was fixed correctly.
