Today was my first time using Rocket as I was using Spencer before they sold to Rocket. Hunter was my tech and from what I could see, he did an awesome job! He was very friendly, and immediately went to work upon arriving ( which he called before he came), I liked his work ethics. I had an issue with the electrican coming like he supposed to regarding the dehumidifier being installed up under our home. Rockit pest was able to assist and contact them to be able to install the electrical portion for the dehumidifier to be activated promptly. Because of miscommunication they were also able to assist in providing a discount. Excellent service and communication. I appreciate all your help with this process in getting our home taken care of accordingly. Thanks again.
