When it was proterra it was terrible and as phoenix it’s worse. Terrible management, terrible directors, no real HR just piss poor across the board. No fairness, buddy systems in place for only a few to thrive and make decisions. They went under Chapter 11 bankruptcy due to lack of management capabilities when handling federal funds and stocks. Bad management in terms of transparency, no honesty with fellow business/associates/customers during purchase orders and due dates or deliverance.

This company will be going out of business within a year. They have completely replaced hr and leadership roles about 5 times in the last 2 years and laid off over 200 employees about 4 months ago. They are panicking and stock prices are down 88%.
