Bad service. Long waiting time for appointment not nice staff at all
Not recommended, even several mistakes in medicine that I won’t mention here that actually can hurt me if the cvs didn’t pay attention

Had diagnostic blood work done during a physical. Easily covered by my insurance, no question. They submitted the wrong codes to my insurance, and I am having to pay for a covered expense because the coding is incorrect. This was 6 months ago….and I still haven’t gotten an answer from Prisma. They don’t answer the phone, and never get back to you. Even my insurance company tried to call to handle it on my behalf and they were not ever able to reach a person to speak with after trying multiples times. At this point I’m just giving up and paying it myself because I’m so tired of trying to do their job for them. Won’t be going back to this office ever again.

I wasn’t going to write a review but a literal financial charge to take my blood pressure was the final straw. This place has gone so far downhill, I don’t even know how patients are still going to this place. I’ve been a 15 year veteran of this location and over the past 5 years, it’s frightening the level of care/ charges to walk in the door after Prisma took over. These doctors are simply overworked and overbooked. Three weeks to talk about results- making you schedule an another appointment just to chat about them. It’s just a terrible experience start to finish. Choose elsewhere, your wallet and time will thank you.
