I had such a good experience with the team that my daughter who normally goes to Clemson eye asked cause she start going to precision eye instead and they got her an appointment for tomorrow she is super excited and they made it super easy and i love the new frames i picked out
From start to finish, my experience was great with this office. The explanations were thorough. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The team of people that work there definitely seem as if they genuinely enjoy working together. Everything was sanitized and very organized. The glasses took a little longer than I expected but they were upfront with us about it which I appreciate. We love our glasses, our young daughter felt very comfortable, and that’s what’s most important. Thank you for your patience too.
P.S. The potholes in the parking lot can be done away with, but it’s something out of their control.
My daughter’s tutor recommended this company so my daughter could be evaluated, and I scheduled an appointment for her. From the moment I made the appointment, the customer service was amazing. They even called me to let me know they had an earlier opening available so my daughter could be seen sooner, which I truly appreciated.
When we arrived, the customer service continued to be excellent. The staff was very kind and attentive to my daughter, and they also treated my mother with great care while she was being seen separately.
