She was very kind, quick, and thorough. She handled my baby with care and talked him through it the whole time (it was his first time being groomed and he had some badly matted hair). He looks so cute now and feels a ton better. I will definitely be going back!

This is the second time that I have brought my cat Toji here, and he is a very anxious cat, but he was very comfortable this time around, and feels much better after his groom here!

This was my first time getting a cat groomed and Seta made it a really good experience. She takes to my about grooming options and her suggestions, which I appreciated. My cat seemed to do well with it overall! He seems about half his former size.
Also, there was convenient off-street parking. If you're like me that's always a concern going somewhere new, especially carrying my cat in his carrier.
