Very pleased with the customer service and delivery process. I originally said I would come pick up the flowers after they tried to deliver and I wasn’t home. I got too busy at work and wouldn’t be able to make it to the shop before they close at 5. I called and asked if they could deliver them instead and Elizabeth did with no hassle or attitude.
