So helpful and caring and walked us through everything with such ease.! We have 5 musical children and will be forever customers here just thanks to Dylan.!

I went to the store to buy a guitar string. I was greeted by the young man working in the store. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was very kind to me and my husband. This is a great store. They really look out for their customers.

The music and arts store in Greenville has by far the best customer service. They acknowledge you as soon as you walk in the door and help you get anything you may need. I had a couple of questions about my son playing in strings and they had great suggestions and answered all of my questions. Such a great company!
