I have not had a bad experience here. The staff is always friendly and helpful. If they don't have a product in stock, they are more than happy to order it in for you. The manager, Zach, here is just so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had no qualms dropping my horn off for a repair estimate, and look forward to getting it back in better condition it was left in. I highly recommend Music and Arts for all your music needs.
My son had a violin performance coming up and needed strings for his violin. Music & Arts was able to get us in with short notice and took care of us. Was done in 10 minutes. Great Store, Great staff.
We have been blown away by the incredible staff and instructors at Music & Arts. They are kind, helpful and most importantly, Musicians! They have always given us great advice on products for everyone in our family. I trust them with all of our musical instruments, they replaced the strings on my antique, classical guitar and it sounds better than ever. They keep our percussionist in all the mallets, music and drums heads he could ever need. They definitely go above and beyond! Thanks Zach, Dylan, Tim, Wayne and Leman, you are fantastic!
