I lived in California last year and was unsure if I can find an accountant that can help me, and Milligan was phenomenal. I spoke to Veronica first and she was super friendly and nice, she explained what items I need and made an appointment for Susan for me. I really liked how I can just drop off the documents in their office instead of uploading them on the internet.The appointment with Susan was great, she explained everything very clear to me and set very clear guidelines for me. This year was my first time ever using an accountant to file my taxes. Unfortunately, I had to file in 3 different states. This was beyond my usual scope of filing. My boyfriend recommended me to Susan. Susan and Veronica were both great and so helpful. They were kind, knowledgeable, organized, and quick. It was definitely worth the money to hire an accountant. Once my taxes were completed, she called and explained everything to me in detail. I received my refund within two weeks. I really appreciate the services provided and highly recommend.
