My father passed away at the end of January. Mackey Mortuary was extremely helpful during this stressful time. We were treated with compassion and respect. Seven years prior they assisted with our mother's arrangements. Claire walked us through the process & was available throughout our planning and through the service. My mom passed away on September 17, 2023. I had no clue as to what to expect. My mind was put at ease when the transport team arrived. They were very professional and considerate. They handled her body gently and respectfully. Monday I got a call from Aida Gonzalez arranging a meeting with my brother and myself. When we arrived, she was waiting for us. She expressed her condolences and asked if she could get us anything. She then took us to a planning room. Everything you could want for a funeral service and somethings you wouldn’t think of was laid out for us. Jasmine went above and beyond to make sure that our needs were met! She was easy to communicate with and she was also able to help us with any problems that arise. She was compassionate and kind in a time when we really needed it.
