Grace Kerley the district manager did my very difficult tax's do to MAJOR fraud in the last 2 years and a shady settlement payment etc. She put me in touch with the IRS who fixed it and I went back the following day. She is extremely knowledgeable, smart and lightning quick! I filed 2 very difficult tax years and paid less than I have for just 1 year!
