I am an avid user of this Laudromat, with a laundromat everywhere I turn Laundry Plus on Howell is the one I decide to go to weekly. Not only is it clean, modern, up to date washers and dryers, the STAFF is my MAIN reason for returning. I always pay attention to how people are treated including myself, and I have zero complaints. They are always so warm whenever I enter, they always greet each customer,, they answer any questions without making you feel like you’re a bother, no matter how redundant the questions are.
If I could give them 20 stars, I would. This team of ladies truly work well together and you can tell by how they run the laundromat... read full review

Renita was SO incredibly friendly and helpful. I was having trouble understanding the app and she talked me through it step by step AND telling me I could use points in the app to “pay” for my dry time. She even checked in with me later making sure it worked correctly. Very clean and well run facility. Thank you so much!!
