Lanier Law Firm was amazing for us! We were closing on our home and needed an easement a building that was partially on our neighbor's land. They helped explain what we needed on our survey. Once this was completed, they were very quick to draw up the easement and even helped with getting it to our neighbor to sign. Excellent communication and business!
