BEWARE IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE MANAGEMENT CAN'T HELP: IT IS UP TO THE STYLIST! I have been here before and had a decent highlight experience. Today I went and my hair did not turn out well at all. The highlights were uneven and brassy and my hair is damaged. I went straight to a different salon and was told to try purple shampoo. I did and it helped some then it was suggested online that I try blue shampoo to help with the brassy color. This is not what I wanted at all. I'm embarrassed to go to work. PLEASE HELP! I was further told my hair wasn't toned. I am so devastated. I was eventually contacted by management via a response to my google review basically saying the stylist are independent contractors and there is nothing she can do. The stylist has refused to refund me my money. Any suggestions?

I have had my hair cut at Artistic Salon for several years by a couple of different stylists I referred a friend there who was going to an in and out- no appointment needed place and she told me she saw no difference in her hair cut except it was way more expensive . She has like three layers, like a student would do which could not be fixed in one appointment so.... you can lead a horse to water but.... My first stylist was quite good - very good but overscheduled and hard to get it with. Also pricey . My second one is a charming southern gal who always greets you with southern love. She is not creative but you leave looking nice There are lots of stylists working in there so hard to know who to try Does anyone have a favorite or any recommendations Hope so

I'm extremely not happy. I had Allyson a week ago. She cut 17 inches for me to donate. The after math is extremely choppy, and the hair isn't cut evenly. I will not be recommending this salon or stylist to anyone.
