I love coming to Great Clips at Pelham Road! The staff are friendly and know me by name. It's like Cheers with talented stylists instead of bartenders.I highly recommend the Pelham at 85 location. They've turned me from looking homeless to looking like a prince numerous times. 5 stars!

Came here in a rush before my meeting and received probably one of the best haircuts of my life. Ive been skeptical of past Great Clips where I have had more than one issues with my haircut, as well as customer service but I am extremely happy to report that this store has restored my faith again. My hair stylist Pammy was one of the sweetest hairdressers I've ever had, she was quick and thorough with my hair and recommended a few changes. Ive kept the same haircut for 25+ years so this was a change for me, I've received multiple compliments from friends and co-workers. I will be returning again once I am in need of another cut.

Luckily they were open today. First time I visited this location but it will not be the last. My stylist was Chloe and she was excellent. She had a great attitude was extremely friendly and did an awesome job on my hair. I will continue going here and seeing her. Thank you so much for being open and thank you to Chloe for doing a great job
