We have used Gilstrap for multiple homes throughout the Upstate. They are quick, friendly, great communicators, and do a fantastic job with both repairs and roof replacements. They are also great community partners with local organizations and generous to the community, giving back and serving our neighbors. We can't say enough good things about them!! I’ll have to update when we get the quote and work done. But, I thought it should be noted that the agent was thorough and honest, backing up all his statements with pictures and detailed information. This is the second opinion we’ve sought on our roofing needs. Worlds ahead of the first estimator who did not catch 1/2 the details that Mijatovic pointed out, while insisting on much more expensive items needing replacement without pictures or reasonable explanations. So far, so good.
