I’ll have to update when we get the quote and work done. But, I thought it should be noted that the agent was thorough and honest, backing up all his statements with pictures and detailed information. This is the second opinion we’ve sought on our roofing needs. Worlds ahead of the first estimator who did not catch 1/2 the details that Mijatovic pointed out, while insisting on much more expensive items needing replacement without pictures or reasonable explanations. So far, so good.
