    Great service! There was a line but you have to expect that at such a busy store. I brought 3 old computers that I was having difficulty getting the data off. They did a great job!

    From my experience, it is best to visit the store and work directly with Geek Squad by scheduling an appointment, rather than seeking assistance over the phone. Individuals who claim to provide Geek Squad support and request remote access to your computer should not be trusted under any circumstances. In-store support is excellent; the staff work closely with customers, answer questions thoroughly, and explain processes clearly. They dedicate the necessary time to resolve issues, which may sometimes require leaving your computer overnight.     3 stars because they fixed my issue, lost 2 because they completely wiped my computer. I inquired about it when I picked my laptop up, and the guy just flipped to the contract I signed and said “you declined the backup” sure, I did. The issue is that what I was declining wasn’t explained to me. I asked what accept vs. decline meant when I was signing the contract and the worker said it’ll be an extra $99. It was not explained that I would lose everything on my computer. I realize how this is partially my fault for not asking for further explanation, but I’m coming to these people for help because I don’t understand what’s wrong.
