Great place to shop for plumbing or hvac products. I've been doing business with them for years. Management is very knowledgeable about products that they carry. Counter guys are polite and quick to get you in and out. Highly recommend.

We have been doing business with Gateway since 1989. The Gateway Berea store always goes above and beyond helping us with any issues or orders.All the staff at the store work well as a team and are very helpful , responding quickly, very considerate overall professional. Gateway is one of the few companies today that seems to really care about customer satisfaction and is doing a great job.
