Full kitchen reno went seamlessly from start to finish. Worked within our budget, and all expectations. Not even a hiccup throughout entire process. Joel made sure we picked the right lighting according to scale, and that all colors and plumbing choices worked together.
After calling 5 or 6 Gaggenau dealers in the Atlanta area and getting zero callbacks, I figured—Greenville’s not that much farther. And I’m so glad I did.
Todd at Forest Kitchen Design got back to me right away. He helped make sure we had everything we needed and even set up a Zoom call to walk me through the nitty-gritty of the Gaggenau downdraft system. I mean—wow. The level of communication, attention to detail, and follow-through was just top notch.
