“I had the opportunity of having Claudia as a stylist it was magnificent and she is well versed in customer recovery. My initial experience was a nightmare due to some miscommunication with policy and procedures a new stylist was a bit unfamiliar with these policies and Gave misleading information. However the salon reached out to me and offered a refund or services under the initial contract ($39.00-50$ deposit)....I went in and they greeted me and apologized and made it right. My lashes looked amazing thanks to Claudia!...the experience is very relaxing and I fell asleep during the process...I look forward to my next visit and hopefully this is the beginning of a beautiful customer/business relationship..I would have given five stars but I gave four due to the first experience..I do believe in second chances and giving businesses a chance to redeem themselves amazing lash studio went over and beyond! “First time getting my hair braided in awhile. I was thoroughly impressed with Jordan's suite. Suite #1 was stylish, cute, tidy and quaint. Jordan was on time and very professional. She answered all my questions and that made me feel right at home. Her playlist was a vibe and I was in and out of there in no time. The price for knotless braids were very reasonable. Highly recommend her, I love my braids!“
