“I had the opportunity of having Claudia as a stylist it was magnificent and she is well versed in customer recovery. My initial experience was a nightmare due to some miscommunication with policy and procedures a new stylist was a bit unfamiliar with these policies and Gave misleading information. However the salon reached out to me and offered a refund or services under the initial contract ($39.00-50$ deposit)....I went in and they greeted me and apologized and made it right. My lashes looked amazing thanks to Claudia!...the experience is very relaxing and I fell asleep during the process...I look forward to my next visit and hopefully this is the beginning of a beautiful customer/business relationship..I would have given five stars but I gave four due to the first experience..I do believe in second chances and giving businesses a chance to redeem themselves amazing lash studio went over and beyond! “I have been going to SC Nails ever since they opened and I just love it. I get my nails and toes done there every two weeks and they are absolutely fabulous. The owners, John and Salina, and their staff are very thorough and always do a great job. The salon is very clean and I have never had any kind of issues there. I was with them when they owned another salon several years ago and I can’t say enough good things about them. I HIGHLY recommend this salon to men, women and children (they have a special chair for them).“
