Absolutely amazing experience! I came in just for an initial exam and was told cleanings were booked for months. Then someone canceled, and they got me in 15 minutes later. Going from a 3-month wait to a same-day cleaning was surreal, and the whole team was kind, efficient, and truly exceptional.
Recently I needed a crown and decided to visit Downtown Dental because of the numerous excellent reviews they have received. I was NOT disappointed! From the very first phone call to make an appointment to my last visit for the crown fitting, every one was very friendly and helpful and the service was highly professional. I have had numerous crowns fitted at dentists in other US locations, but the service at DD was by far the best I have experienced anywhere. If you need dental work of any kind done, please do yourself a favor and go see Dr. Kenna and his wonderful staff.
