Allen, P.A. in regards to an urgent debt collection complaint and with hopes to get help and guidance on how to handle the complaint, but I was only greeted with, "I am not able to assist you in this matter... I do not do that kind of work, and in addition do not have the time at this juncture."I understand if a complaint is not your specialty, but if you don't have the time to look over a quick debt-attorney related document and offer feedback, then others should know to find an office that does have the time.
