Josephine Olsen was so attentive, organized, and tenacious with her follow through. Despite our smaller land purchase, she gave us the attention and respect as though we had purchased a $1MM home. She was reliable and she put us first, even when she probably should've taken a day off lol! Absolutely loved working with her!

Having complete transparency here, I did not want to use a realtor to sell our house. We tried an online service for 2 months and didn't' have much success with it. I found Don and Emma through a mutual connection, and I'm glad I did. We were under contract within 30 days and closed in another 30 days. A few issues popped up that Don handled very smoothly with my best interest in mind. I never felt pressured to do something that we weren't comfortable with just for a "quick" sale for them. They knew our goals and beliefs, and they stuck to them. I would highly recommend them. This is part 2 of my review. Once I found my new townhome, I had to move and sell my single family home. Madison navigated the tricky market around the holidays and my home sold and closed in the timeframe I had planned. I’m comfortably settling in and couldn’t be happier. She really went above and beyond!Part 1 of my review. I was really picky but Madison stuck with me and we found a great new home for me.
