Bryce was on time for the appointment to clean my dryer vent. I had told the company ahead of time, that the dryer vent came out on a portion of my roof which was extremely steep and difficult to reach the vent. Other companies refused to get up on the steep roof so my vent was never fully cleaned. I always worried that the lint build up could start a fire.Bryce was able to get up on the roof and clean it out of 10 years of built up lint And then he used a leaf blower to get all of the lint off of my roof. Bryce was so great! He was extremely polite, courteous and personable and did an amazing job cleaning all of our ducts and dryer vent! He definitely went the extra mile! The price was also reasonable as I compared to several companies Tammy in the office was great! Highly recommend Carolina Ductmasters.

I got my service done today for my dryer and let me say It was completely worth it and much needed!!! Very nice very professional!!! 100 out of 10 (ten) Destiny was amazing and so helpful!!! That girl is STRONG!!! Quick and efficient!! Very professional! Very nice!! And explained everything perfectly!! She even helped me get the left over lent built up to make it look nicer!! I couldn't have asked for anything better!!! Thank you so much!!!
