We trust them 100%. They remodeled our kitchen and other areas of the house and knocked it out of the park. We are moving onto bathroom remodels and they'll be our first call again.
My husband and I were looking for a company to convert a room on the main floor of our house into a master suite. BuildMasters stood out from the other construction companies right from the start. Chris (the owner) and Lacey (the Designer) came to the house to look at the site and discuss the remodel/addition. They took their time, thought of things that we didn't even think about, and were able to flesh out a lot of the details. I never felt rushed and felt confident in moving forward with the construction. They started the remodel within three weeks of our meeting. I loved the transparency BuildMasters provided with the schedule and real time updates. When they were getting ready to start on the remodel, rain slowed things down a bit, but the framers worked hard and got us back on track. Chris did several check ins with us and stopped by throughout to make sure things were on track and at the best quality. Lacey did a great job of making sure we didn't miss anything with the design and ensured we got our selections at the best possible price. The entire team did a great job and we could not be happier with the final product.
