We had an excellent experience with BuildMasters on our bathroom remodel. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, kind, and easy to work with. Chase, Dave, Scott, all of them are solid people who genuinely care about the quality of their work and their customers.
The bathroom turned out fantastic. The craftsmanship and attention to detail really show. They also stayed very close to the timeline they originally estimated. The only delays were on our end, while my wife and I went back and forth trying to pick out hardware. They were patient and flexible throughout the process.

Back in September 2024, Hurricane Helene came and caused a huge oak tree to fall across my house. Being single, I was really confused about what needed to be done and how to go about finding someone to help. I started looking for contractors. I actually had 2 different contractors come meet me at my house the next day, as well as my insurance adjuster. The whole time one of the contractors was there, he spoke only with the adjuster and paid little attention to me and seemed like he did not want me involved. First let me say that we hired BuildMasters when there were two owners named Chris. After completion of our project, there were issues that we discussed with Chris who we worked with and he did not address problems. Fast forward two years, Chris Eby is now the owner (did not manager our project initially). I called the office, and Chris Eby called me directly addressing the issue immediately. A year after Chris Eby made repairs that were left unaddressed by previous partner, the problem reappeared. Michael, (a caring and amazing young man) was assigned to handle our project.
