Wish I had read these reviews before changing to Brinx,worst service ever.They have no mobile techs and many hidden charges even for the handicapped .Trapped me in a contract withydoor censor they sent me doesn't work.Now paying another $15 per month for service.Beware of this company.Shamefull and Greedy company.

Worst service ever. They trick you into signing a contract. Then they will hit you with charges for services that they said originally were free. Horrible customer service. STAY FAR AWAY!!

A Brinks sales rep came to my home. He had a lot of information about my current system and used very deceptive and confusing language to try and make me think he just needed to “update” my existing system. He did not announce himself as a sales rep from a totally different company than the current home security provider I have service through. He started writing up a contract which was for 60 months! I had red flags right then. I asked him directly if he was with the company I use and he kept saying over and over again “I’m not affiliated with x company.” I asked him to leave my property and promptly shredded the information he provided me.
